JOB SUMMARY:
Germiston - If you have previous experience within the “services industry” with a strong focus on client retention, then you are the person for this job!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:

Client retention of approximately 50 clients.
Build and maintain relationships with clients on an operational level.
Management of the implementation and roll out related to a new client.
Management of the ongoing awareness for existing clients.
Meetings with clients on an ongoing basis.

Administration:

New client contracts and related administration
Managing quotes and costings for clients.
Minutes of meetings
Managing the design and production of awareness material for clients.
Sourcing of awareness articles.
Writing of articles for newsletters.
Development of new material as per clients needs.
Managing all deadlines in terms of awareness material and other client requirements.

Skills:

Tertiary Qualification degree/diploma in (preferably in Marketing / Public Relations or Communications)
3 to 4 years working experience in related field.
Previous experience within the “services industry” with a strong focus on client retention.
Proven experience in building client relationships at an operational level.
