JOB SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a Junior Accounts Manager to be based at Midrand.

Area/Location:
Midrand.

Primary Purpose

Fulfil a Junior Accounts Manager function as detailed below.

Detailed Responsibilities

Toner Management- Country wide (Toner Replacement, Toner Replenishment). Doing delivery of toners to clients.
Toner and parts stock-take.
Take responsibility for client problem solving.
Making sure that Service Level Agreements with clients are in place and signed.
Responsible for invoicing and billing.
Raising Purchase orders for Invoicing.
Logging of hardware calls and faults.
Engaging with numerous support teams to ensure service availability is met.
Submitting Client Reports Daily, Weekly and Monthly.

Qualification:

Completed Matric.

Requirements

Must have own car and a valid driver’s licience.
Must have Microsoft Advanced Skills
Be computer literate.
Be available to work occasional overtime when requested.
Good communicational skills.
Must be available to start April 16, 2022 the latest.
Candidate must be between 20 – 30 years of age.
Must have 2-3 year’s experience in similar junior accounts managerial position.

Personal Abilities:

Excellent degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Great customer service attitude and great interpersonal skills.
Have a proactive “can do” attitude.

Telephone etiquette and experience as we deal with clients on a day-to-day basis.
