SUMMARY:
A well-known multinational in the automotive, refinishing, detailing, industrial, aviation and agricultural industry is
seeking a General Junior Admin Assistant.

POSITION INFO:
Duties & Responsibilities:

Filing
Processing Credit notes
Maintaining serial number register
Assisting with customer enquiries
Assisting with data capturing on accounting system
Maintain groceries usage register.
Answering phones from time to time
Back up for internal sales department when required – taking telephonic orders.
General administrative duties

Required Qualifications (no exceptions):

Grade 12 / Matric / Equivalent “N” qualification preferable but not required.

Personal Attributes:

Computer literate (Office & Outlook – only basic knowledge required)
Well spoken, fluent in English and at least one other official South African language
Takes pride in personal appearance.
Trustworthy & Honest
Goal orientated.
Attention to detail.
Self-motivated
Enjoy working and interacting with people.
Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Able to work under pressure.
Willing and able to work after hours and during weekends, as and when required.
Previous experience not required but will be beneficial.
