POSITION INFO:

Junior Administrator

Our client has the objective of delivering the highest quality products and services to their industry. Their range of Boilers and Burners has seen exponential growth and success over the years. This growth continues to support their clients who have a steam, hot water, or thermic oil demand.

They are based in Cape Town.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the senior management team.
Manage calendars and schedule meetings.
Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Maintain filing systems, databases, and records.
Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

2 – 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Matric qualification.
Must be computer literate.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills (MS Word and MS Excel)
Pastel knowledge would be advantageous.

Remuneration

Will be based on experience.
