POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document management
Support various departments with routine clerical tasks
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
Assist with internal communication and coordination
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

Requirements:

Matric / Grade 12
Prior admin/office experience is advantageous but not essential
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail
Good verbal and written communication skills
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
