SUMMARY:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Junior Administrator / General Assistant to join our dynamic team in Pretoria. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with 1–3 years of working experience to build a career in administration and business support.

POSITION INFO:
ð§ What you’ll be doing:

Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks and office coordination
Supporting the team with data entry, filing, and document management
Answering phones and handling basic client communication
Typing and formatting CVs to a professional standard
Helping with general office duties as needed

ð¯ What we’re looking for:

A go-getter with a keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn
A completed tertiary qualification (Business/Admin/Related field) OR 1–3 years of admin experience
Strong computer literacy (MS Office, especially Excel and Word)
Well-spoken, presentable, and professional
