Junior Assistant Bookkeeper

Our client based in Ottery, is looking for a Junior Entry level Assistant Bookkeeper to join their dynamic Mechanical/Engineering Company

Requirements:

Diploma in Bookkeeping and/or Financial Administration
1-3 years Bookkeeping experience
Staying in the southern suburbs surrounding areas.
Experience in client relationship management
Client services (building and maintaining relationships)
Good communication skills in English/Afrikaans both written and spoken as well as good email etiquette (English is the primary business language)
Superb interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work collaboratively (fostering collaboration and teamwork)
Listening, cognitive, problem anticipation and solving skill.
Technical aptitude (ability to grasp technical concepts)
Strategic Thinking, Planning and Organising skills with high attention to detail

Responsibilities

Administer Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
Keep accurate debtors' records - administer payment of invoices
Creditor and Debtor Management
Administer day-to-day finances
Planning a Sales Budget

SALARY R 6 250.00 Gross
