POSITION INFO:

We are in search for someone who is ready to e-Merge into the role as a Junior Assistant Manager, as a member of the management team they will be supporting the team in achieving objectives.

The suitable person would need to be hands-on and should not be afraid to get their hands “dirty”; they should be a self-starter that can make things happen.

• Effective interpersonal skills and team spirit
• Project management of small internal projects (managing projects from start to finish)
• Capable of working in a constantly evolving environment
• Getting involved in the preparation of tenders and proposals
• Execute all other related jobs
• Ability to take direction and strong listening skills
• Strong excel skills.
• Ability to deal with service providers
• Taking minutes
• Preparing purchases and supplies for the office
• You must be able to act decisively and have strong problem-solving skills
