SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a Junior Associate to join their team.

Location: Cape Town-CBD
Salary: R30 000 CTC per month

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

LLB degree from a recognized South African university
Admission as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa
Minimum 2 years post-admission experience with a focus on corporate or commercial matters
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (proficiency in Afrikaans is an advantage)
Attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong analytical and research skills
Experience in handling corporate commercial transactions and legal documentation
Strong understanding of corporate and commercial law principles
Ability to work independently as part of a team.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Valid driver's license and own vehicle
