Junior Associate

SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a Junior Associate to join their team.

Location: Cape Town-CBD
Salary: R30 000 CTC per month

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• LLB degree from a recognized South African university
• Admission as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa
• Minimum 2 years post-admission experience with a focus on corporate or commercial matters
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (proficiency in Afrikaans is an advantage)
• Attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Experience in handling corporate commercial transactions and legal documentation
• Strong understanding of corporate and commercial law principles
• Ability to work independently as part of a team.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle
