SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a Junior Associate to join their team.
Location: Cape Town-CBD
Salary: R30 000 CTC per month
POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:
- LLB degree from a recognized South African university
- Admission as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa
- Minimum 2 years post-admission experience with a focus on corporate or commercial matters
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (proficiency in Afrikaans is an advantage)
- Attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Experience in handling corporate commercial transactions and legal documentation
- Strong understanding of corporate and commercial law principles
- Ability to work independently as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle
