POSITION INFO:
Our client is a professional auditing firm with deep-rooted expertise in audit, tax, and advisory services. Serving a wide range of clients – from SMEs to large corporates – the firm is known for its hands-on approach, technical excellence, and commitment to integrity.

As a Junior Audit Manager, you will play a key role in managing audit engagements from planning through to completion. You will lead small teams, interact directly with clients, and work closely with senior management to deliver high-quality audit outcomes in compliance with IFRS and auditing standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple audit assignments across various industries
Review audit working papers and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Guide and mentor trainees and junior staff
Assist with the preparation of financial statements and audit reports
Liaise with clients to ensure deadlines are met and expectations managed
Identify and communicate audit issues to management in a timely manner
Stay up-to-date with evolving audit and financial reporting standards

Requirements

Drivers License and own vehicle - Non-Negotiable
Completed Bcom Accounting/Auditing/ BCompt Degree
CTA's/ Post Grad Diploma in Accounting advantageous
Minimum of 2–3 years’ post-articles experience within an audit firm
Experience in leading audits from planning to completion
Knowledge of CaseWare and Microsoft Office Suite
Working knowledge of IFRS and ISA

Remuneration:
R23 000 - R25 000 market-related, based on experience and qualifications.
