Our client, a leading direct selling company, is seeking a Junior BI Developer to join their development team and help design, deliver, and maintain BI solutions that power smarter decision-making across the organisation.
This is the perfect role for someone with foundational Microsoft data skills who is ready to sharpen their expertise in T-SQL and MS SQL Server, while learning directly from the Head of Development. Exposure to the Google Data Platform will give you an extra edge.
POSITION INFO:
What You’ll Do
- Assist in developing and maintaining BI reports and dashboards.
- Write and optimise T-SQL queries, building complexity as you grow.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions with senior guidance.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports.
- Document workflows, queries, and specifications for knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in sales, operations, and finance to deliver meaningful insights.
What We’re Looking For- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or recent graduate).
- 1–2 years’ experience in BI, data analysis, or similar role.
- Comfortable writing intermediate T-SQL queries (joins, aggregates, stored procedures).
- Basic MS SQL Server experience.
- Exposure to Google Data Platform (advantageous).
- Bonus: Power BI, SSRS, or data warehousing concepts.

- Clear communicator, both written and verbal.
