SUMMARY:
Our client a manufacturing company is currently looking to employ a Junior Bookkeeper for their concern, to start soonest.

This is an all-rounder position within the company with a great growth opportunity

The position is located in Montague Gardens, Cape Town

POSITION INFO:
Job Description:
General Admin duties include but are not limited to:

Creditors and Debtors
Bank and Credit card Reconciliation
Staff time sheets and leave forms
General filing
Stock control: Capturing stock figures and ordering of stock.
Answering phone and taking messages.
Updating price lists
Managing sales of Spare Wheel and Tonneau covers.
Stationary and consumables.
Manage the front office if the owner is away.

Qualification:

Xero Accounting (preferable) or similar.
Good attention to detail, numerate, good command of the English language. (written and spoken) and good people skills
