SUMMARY:
Well Established Financial Management Company in Pretoria East looking for a Junior Bookkeeper to join their team
Salary Expectations : R15000 CTC

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Capture, process and reconcile daily financial transactions on Pastel Accounting (Sage Pastel Partner or Evolution).
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and journals (debtors, creditors, cashbook, petty cash).
- Prepare and process supplier invoices, customer invoices, and credit notes.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all entries are accurately recorded.
- Assist with VAT calculations and submissions (SARS eFiling).
- Maintain and update fixed asset register.
- Reconcile creditor and debtor statements and follow up on outstanding accounts.
- Support preparation of monthly management reports and trial balance.
- Ensure proper filing and record keeping of all accounting documentation.
- Assist senior accountant with ad-hoc accounting tasks and year-end procedures.
