SUMMARY:
New opportunity immediately available within a well-established Plumbing company based in Pretoria for a Junior Bookkeeper. Report directly to the Senior Bookkeeper.

POSITION INFO:
The successful candidate will have a completed Matric, plus a Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Bookkeeping or Finance, coupled with 3-5 years related Bookkeeping experience. Working knowledge of MSOffice, Pastel Accounting and/or Palladium highly advantageous. KPI's include liaising with clients, handling the phone, general administration, assist with basic bookkeeping and administration support; perform general office and ad hoc duties; capture daily financial transactions accurately; process invoices, receipts and payments; perform basic bank and account reconciliations; maintain accurate financial records and filing; support Senior Accounting staff with monthly reports and assist with VAT, payroll and other accounting and administrative tasks. Proven ability to speak English and Afrikaans fluently essential.
