POSITION INFO:
A leading organisation within the specialised transport and logistics industry is seeking a professional and organised Junior Bookkeeper to join its operations team in Centurion. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with drivers, customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders while gaining valuable exposure to the administration behind a busy transport operation. Duties & Responsibilities: Capture and maintain accurate operational data and records Process transport documentation, including PODs and trip sheets Maintain organised filing systems and effective document control Assist with fleet, driver and permit administration Prepare spreadsheets, reports and operational documentation Liaise with drivers, customers, suppliers and internal departments Provide administrative support to the Operations Team and General Manager Qualifications & Skills: Grade 12 \/ Matric Minimum 2 years' administrative experience Logistics or transport industry experience essential Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook For more finance opportunities, please visit If you have not had any response within two weeks, please consider the vacancy application unsuccessful.
