JOB SUMMARY:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:

Processing monthly financial information to trial balance (includes monthly cashbook, monthly journals, etc.).
Preparation of monthly audit files for management reports.
Preparation and commentary on monthly management account reports.
Reconciliation, preparation and submission of VAT and PAYE returns,
Statutory payments, i.e., VAT, PAYE, etc.
Attending daily queries.
Keeping track of cheque bank balance and preparation of cash flows for the month.
Creditors and Debtors experience

Requirements:

Matric
Relevant Bookkeeping certification/ Tertiary education (Accounting).
At least 3+ years experience (Quickbooks/Pastel advantageous)
Accurate and able to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
