JOB SUMMARY:
Our client, within the manufacturing industry, is seeking an ambitious Junior Bookkeeper to join their team.
The ideal candidate must be well organised, and detail orientated. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate to grow with the company.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:

Managing the bookkeeping function as follow:
- Cashbook processing
- Invoicing
- Data capturing
- Creditors and debtors’ assistance
- Human resources administration
- Reporting (weekly and monthly)
- Administration tasks related to the role
- And any request from management
- Reception duties such as answering switch board, filing, etc.
- Ordering of office stock as required

Requirements:

Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.
Minimum of Bookkeeping or Accounting related Diploma / Degree.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Experience of working on Xero accounting program
Energetic team player with a positive attitude
