SUMMARY:
ð Seeking a Graduate / Junior Business Analyst.

POSITION INFO:

Gauteng | Office-Based
BEng/BCom Degree
1–3 Years’ Experience or Top Graduate

Qualifications:

BEng Industrial Engineering (University of Pretoria preferred)
BCom Informatics (University of Pretoria considered)

Requirements:

1–3 years' experience in business analysis, process improvement, or operations support
Recent graduates with exceptional academic records and relevant exposure will be considered
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools (advantageous)
Familiarity with process mapping or improvement methodologies (a plus)
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams

Key Performance Areas (KPA’s):

Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from various departments
Assist with evaluating business processes and identifying optimization opportunities
Support implementation of business/system solutions aligned with strategic goals
Participate in process mapping, workflow redesign, and data analysis
Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to inform business decisions
Collaborate with IT, operations, and other teams to translate needs into technical requirements
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist with solution deployments
Provide administrative support and project coordination when required
Monitor key business metrics and provide actionable insights
