POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Matric and/or Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems or related field like Industrial Engineering

Essential Skills

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
Knowledge in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, SQL, or DMS reporting tools advantageous, not required as this is a Internship
Excellent communication for user support, training, and documentation.
Knowledge of process mapping and basic IT support principles.
Customer-service oriented, with ability to handle multiple queries in a fast-paced environment.
Eagerness to learn DMS functionalities and application support.

Salary: R8000,00 p/m
