Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support & Engineering Documentation:
- Assist with reviewing drawings, specifications, and technical reports
- Help ensure that designs comply with standards and client requirements
- Prepare basic quantity take-offs, site sketches, and as-built drawings
- Site Assistance:
- Conduct site measurements, inspections, and monitor daily activities
- Support quality control checks under the guidance of Senior Engineers
- Help report and flag site issues to the project team
- Project Coordination:
- Attend project and site meetings with stakeholders
- Help coordinate materials, subcontractors, and documentation
- Track project activities and assist with progress reports
- Compliance & Safety Support:
- Assist with ensuring adherence to OHS standards and site protocols
- Help maintain site diaries, inspection checklists, and compliance logs
Job Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate Profile):- BEng/BSc/BTech in Civil Engineering (completed or in final year)
- 0–3 years’ experience in civil construction (internships or graduate programs are a plus)
- Basic proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Excel/Word
- Understanding of civil engineering fundamentals (earthworks, concrete, services, and roads)
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and take initiative
- Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality
