POSITION INFO:

An opportunity exists for a Junior Compliance Auditor to join a structured, compliance-driven organisation. This role offers the chance to contribute to governance, risk management, and internal control improvements across a regulated business environment. You will ideally have a firm grounding in internal auditing, ERP systems, and data interpretation, coupled with the ability to operate independently and communicate effectively with management. This position suits a professional with 3+ years of internal audit experience who thrives on identifying risk, ensuring adherence to internal policies, and making practical compliance recommendations.

Minimum Requirements

South African citizen (non-negotiable)
National Diploma in Internal Auditing or similar (minimum)
3+ years’ experience in an audit role with ERP exposure
Sound knowledge of IIA SA Standards and auditing methodologies
Solid understanding of risk, governance, and internal control processes

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce
Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) designation
Experience in the petrochemical or regulated industries
Forensic auditing experience
