POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:
- LLB Degree
- Legal drafting and research experience
- Computer literate
- Bilingual in Afrikaans and English
- Some experience and understanding of compliance
- Good internet and neat workspace
Job specifications
- Interact with clients continually and get involved in sales
- Advise clients on the application of FAIS and related legislation (FICA/POPI/etc.)
- Advise and facilitate license applications
- Communicate with regulators on behalf of clients (FSCA/FIC/SARB/etc.)
- Doing repetitive admin work/research must give you immense amounts of joy
- Good people and problem-solving skills
- A high level of ethics
