POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities and Duties

Documentation Management: Preparing and verifying crucial export/import documentation, such as SADC, Incoterms, commercial invoices, packing lists, export permits, preparing manifests etc.
Tracking and Monitoring: Using inhouse system to get tracking reports sent to clients
Compliance and Regulations: Ensuring compliance with cross-border permits and documentaion.
Communication: Acting as the primary contact for clients, drivers, customs agents, clearing agents, and border officials to manage border clearance and resolve delays.

Requirements and Qualifications

Experience: Generally requires 1–3+ years of experience in logistics, specifically in cross-border transport or heavy haulage.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of SADC regulations, customs procedures, and border formalities.
Education: Matric (Grade 12) is required,
Skills: Microsoft Office (especially Excel and outlook)
