SUMMARY:
An established and reputable firm based in Rosebank is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Conveyancer to join their growing property law team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a newly admitted Conveyancer looking to further develop their career within a supportive and professional environment, gaining exposure to a full range of residential conveyancing matters.
Salary: R25 000 CTC, based on experience

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements

LLB
Admitted Conveyancer
1–2 years post-admission experience in conveyancing
Strong understanding of the full conveyancing process from instruction to registration
Experience with lodgements, transfers, bonds, and cancellations
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication and client service skills

Key Responsibilities

Managing end-to-end conveyancing transactions
Drafting and preparing all necessary transfer and bond documentation
Liaising with banks, estate agents, and the Deeds Office
Ensuring accurate and timeous lodgement and registration of matters
Providing professional updates to clients and stakeholders
Assisting with general conveyancing administration and support within the team
