SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Junior Conveyancing Administrator to join our dynamic team in the property sector. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and eager to grow within the conveyancing environment.
Responsibilities include:

Assisting conveyancers with the preparation and processing of property transfer documents.
Liaising with clients, attorneys, banks, and estate agents.
Managing filing systems and maintaining accurate records.
Following up on FICA and compliance requirements.
General office administration and support.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Matric (essential).
Previous admin experience (real estate/legal background beneficial).
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
