SUMMARY:
Our Legal client based in Johannesburg is seeking a Junior Conveyancing Secretary with Transfers experience to join their team
Salary: R15 000 - R20 000 ctc based on experience

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Assist with the drafting of Transfer documents
Prepare and file documents for submission
Liaise with clients, estate agents, financial institutions, and other parties involved in property transactions
Answer client inquiries and provide updates regarding the progress of transfers
Conduct necessary property searches to confirm the title and ownership details
Ensure all legal procedures and regulatory requirements are adhered to in the transfer process
Monitor deadlines and assist in ensuring that transactions proceed on schedule
Ensure that payments related to the transfer, such as transfer duties or fees, are processed correctly
Assist with the registration of the transfer at the Deeds Office once all documents are complete
Provide administrative support to Senior Conveyancing Secretaries
