POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Previous experience as a Conveyancing Secretary dealing with property transfers
Basic conveyancing background and understanding of the transfer process
Experience assisting with general conveyancing secretarial duties
Experience working on E4 Conveyancing software will be advantageous.
Ability to assist with reception and front-desk duties
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Good attention to detail and document accuracy
Professional communication skills and client-facing ability
