Job Description:

Are you detail-oriented, organised, and looking to start your career in finance/admin?
We’re looking for a Junior Filing & Invoicing Clerk to join our team.

Location: Montague Gardens, Cape Town

Hours: Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)

What you’ll do:

File and manage supplier invoices.
Perform checks and reconciliations on supplier accounts.
File and check customer invoices.

What we’re looking for:

Computer literate (basic MS Office skills).
Honest, reliable, and committed to integrity.
Strong attention to detail.
