Employment Type: Permanent | Full-Time (Shift-based, including weekends)

Role Overview

An exciting opportunity is available for a Junior Customer Service Representative based at King Shaka International Airport.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, assisting walk-in clients, and supporting daily branch operations. The role requires a proactive individual who can maintain a professional image, contribute to revenue generation through sales, and ensure smooth operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

Provide front counter customer service and drive sales of products and services
Manage vehicle rentals, bookings, and related administration
Conduct daily stock checks and ensure accurate record-keeping
Coordinate vehicle deliveries, collections, and movement control
Perform vehicle quality checks (mechanical condition and damages)
Assist with claims and changeover processes
Ensure smooth daily branch operations
Maintain accurate data capturing and general administrative duties
Support profitability through cost control and operational efficiency

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent
Valid Code B or EB driver’s license with own reliable transport
Computer literate (MS Office, including Excel)
Willing and able to work shifts and weekends

Good administrative and organisational abilities
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Sales-driven with the ability to meet targets
Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: R8 000 – R9 000 per month
Airport Allowance: R400 per month
