JOB SUMMARY:
Junior Data Administrator - Century City

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Areas of Responsibility:

vMonitor and maintain all data transmission services / scripts.

vConfigure and manage server FTP data folders.

vCompile ad hoc reports.

vPerform data analysis.

vPerform data capturing.

vProvide invoice breakdowns.

vPerform recons.

vPerform pricing setups.

Required Skills:

vMatric / Grade 12.

vExperience working as a data administrator.

vGood references (will be checked).

vProficient in relational databases (MySQL or any other DB).

vModerate database query skills.

vPHP scripting advantageous.

vLinux proficiency advantageous.

vAccounting advantageous.

vGood documentation skills.

vTouch typing.

Preferred Attributes:

vNational Diploma in IT related field or equivalent NQF 5/6 qualification.

vTake responsibility for deliverables.

vStrong ethics.

vWilling to learn.

vGood communication skills.

vBe professional / well spoken.

vEnglish and Afrikaans and a third language if possible.

vAttention to detail.

vOwn transport (must be able to commute to work) within working hours.
