• A recent Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, or another quantitative discipline, OR up to 1 year of experience in a data-focused role (bonus if in financial services, credit, or fintech).
• Exposure to machine learning or AI projects through studies, work, or personal projects.
• Strong technical skills in Python, R, and SQL.
• A passion for using data to solve problems and deliver real-world impact.
