JOB SUMMARY:
We are currently recruiting for a Junior Debt Colleting Secretary for a well-established, fast growing Legal firm based in Paarl, Western Cape. The suitable candidate should have at least 6-months experience within Debt Collecting.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements:

Matric.
Previous experience in Debt Collecting.
Strong MS Office skills.
Own vehicle and valid Driver’s License.

Roles and responsibilities:

Typing of documents.
Making and receiving call from clients.
Debt collecting.
Client Liaison.
Opening files of new clients.
Handling of file closures after client service.
Ad-hoc administration duties.
