JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:

Registering new clients on the system: maintaining registration functionality, trouble shooting, reporting problems and implemented solutions
Engaging in daily stand-up meetings with team members
Establishing client requirements and develop action plans based on said requirements
Implementing functionalities of user stories created by Business Analysts to meet customer requirements
Designing and developing products that are fit for purpose and meet customer requirements
Tracking and reporting of progress made in terms of development
Managing deliverables and project deadlines to meet internal and customer requirements
Providing assistance to Senior Developers in the registration process, analysis of requirements, determination of functionality, design and development process and reporting
Liaising and working with Business Analysists, Support Agents and Senior Developers

Requirements:

Diploma or relevant tertiary qualification in Software Development or IT
Certification in programming
Software development experience (completed Internship) will be advantageous
Technical and Computer skills: C Sharp, MVC, SQL, Entity framework, Java Script, Azure DevOps, C#, Microsoft T-SQL, ASP.net Framework, ASP.net Core (MVC), Web-API, Entity framework, jQuery, Angular 11 and Dapper will be an advantage
Knowledge and understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
Knowledge and understanding of the agricultural industry will be advantageous
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong project and time management skills (planning, organising and prioritising)
Excellent communication skills
