About the Role:
As a Junior Engineer (Implementation), you’ll work on designing and implementing intelligent software solutions. You’ll gain hands-on experience automating business processes, integrating systems, and collaborating across technical and business teams. This is a fast-paced, learning-rich role where curiosity and creativity are celebrated.

What You’ll Do:

Design, configure, and implement software solutions tailored to client needs
Build, test, and deploy automated workflows using low-code platforms, SQL, and web interfaces
Collaborate with cross-functional teams from discovery to deployment
Conduct unit and end-to-end software testing to ensure high-quality performance
Provide production support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

Recent graduate with a degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or Industrial Engineering
Strong academic track record, particularly in Mathematics
Analytical, proactive, and eager to solve problems
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Curious and adaptable to fast-changing technology environments
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting
Willingness to occasionally work on client sites in Johannesburg
