Matric
Relevant Accounting / Financial degree;
SAICA Articles

Requirements

Minimum three (3) years’ working experience in Accounting
Sound knowledge of VAT rules and MS Office competence.

Duties

Receive and capture journals in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system;
Monthly reconciliation and administration of general ledger accounts for Central Finance;
Monthly reconciliation of selected creditor accounts and debtor accounts;
Rebilling of costs across legal entities;
Maintenance and reconciliation of Municipal accounts;
Assist with budgets and outlooks;
Manage expenses in-line with budgets;
Review Cashbook input on monthly basis;
Attend to audit queries as and when required; and
Perform ad hoc duties as and when required within reasonable job scope.
