POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Matric plus a relevant Hospitality qualification
• 1 - 2 Years of experience in Front Office / Guest Relations / Lodge Anchor role
• Basic computer literacy
• Knowledge of hospitality booking systems (advantageous)
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays

• Welcome and host guests with warmth and professionalism
• Assist with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest queries
• Coordinate daily lodge operations and ensure smooth front-of-house service
• Maintain excellent guest relationships and manage feedback
• Support management with administrative tasks, stock control and reporting
• Assist in coordinating activities, transfers, and guest experiences
