POSITION INFO:
NOW HIRING - JUNIOR FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER We are looking for a Junior Front of House Manager to join a vibrant team in Bryanston ! Location: Bryanston Salary: R18 000 - R20 000 per month Requirements: - 1-3 years'' experience in hospitality or restaurant management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Customer service orientated - Attention to detail - Computer literate - Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment - Flexible to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily front-of-house operations - Ensure smooth communication between front-of-house and back-of-house teams - Deliver exceptional customer service and manage guest satisfaction - Implement company policies and operational procedures - Handle customer concerns and maintain service excellence - Assist with reporting and administrative duties - Support staff training and development - Contribute to stock control and asset management - Ensure health and safety standards are maintained - Support business growth and profitability This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional looking to grow into a management role and develop their leadership skills!
