Main Purpose of the Role:

To design a variety of digital and print materials, ensuring consistency with corporate identity guidelines across multiple brands. The role also involves supporting the team with AI-assisted design tools, basic motion graphics, and multimedia content creation.

Key Performance Areas (KPAs):

KPA 1: Graphic Design and Visual Content Creation

• Design graphics for social media, marketing materials, newsletters, presentations, videos, and internal communications

• Expertise in photography, image editing, and manipulation

• Create engaging visuals adhering to corporate identity guidelines

KPA 2: Design Software Proficiency

• Work with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro

• Basic motion graphics skills such as GIF creation and video editing

KPA 3: Brand Compliance and Design Consistency

• Follow corporate identity guidelines and adapt designs to different brand styles

• Ensure consistency across all visual materials

KPA 4: Task Management and Timely Delivery

• Coordinate tasks via ticketing systems to meet deadlines

• Oversee the “used equipment” page for all companies, sourcing photos and creating social media content

KPA 5: Team Collaboration

• Work closely with team members to ensure designs meet project requirements

• Collaborate with managers, peers, and subordinates

Minimum Required:

• Grade 12

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design or a related field (advantageous)

• 1–2 years in graphic design or related role

• Experience with AI tools for design support is advantageous
