    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design eye-catching and engaging visual content for various digital platforms, with a strong focus on e-commerce and social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
    • Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and other team members to brainstorm, conceptualise, and execute graphics, visuals, and short-form video content.
    • Support the development of social media campaigns by producing high-quality design assets that align with the brands tone and broader marketing goals.
    • Contribute to strategies aimed at boosting online engagement and traffic through strong visual storytelling and design consistency.
    • Assist in maintaining visually cohesive and up-to-date website and social media pages, ensuring alignment with current brand identity and user experience standards.
    • Help track and interpret performance data on visual content, offering design-focused insights and improvements based on KPIs and engagement metrics.
    • Support content planning by managing and maintaining content calendars, coordinating posting schedules, and ensuring timely delivery of all design assets.

    Requirements:

    • 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative, high-quality visual work for social media, including static images, motion graphics, and short-form video content.
    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects, with a solid understanding of design principles, layout, and colour theory.
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) and how to tailor content effectively for each.
    • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time in a fast-paced environment.
    • Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and take creative feedback constructively.

    Salary: R12,000.00 - R15,000.00 (Based on experience skill and in relation to your current package)
