Candidate requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12 plus relevant Tourism qualification
• Experience in the PANStrat Admin System will be advantageous
• Efficient computer skills
• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• In-depth knowledge of business and customer needs in the Tourism industry (rates, activities, lodge operational procedures, etc.)
• Able to work independently as well as within a group
• Must be friendly, energetic, driven, and have an eye for detail
• Able to travel when required
