SUMMARY:
Our client, a diverse and expanding manufacturing company, seeks to employ a professional, vibrant and well presented HR and Financial Assistant at their plant in Somerset West.

This role is NOT a senior role and would require a junior candidate, bilingual in English and Afrikaans and resident in the Helderberg

POSITION INFO:
KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION:

You must have Matric, coupled with 1-2 years experience in providing administrative support to the company’s Financial and HR Manager, deal with staff in a professional manner and assist the finance department with general admin, invoicing and recons
You will have excellent record keeping skills and ability to multi-task effectively under pressure
MS Office, with good Excel skills and 365 proficiency is essential and ideally Sage software experience highly advantageous
You will have had previous working experience in a fast paced and multi-faceted manufacturing environment
You must have a valid driver’s licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit record
