Junior IT Support Technician

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Introduction

We are currently recruiting for a Junior IT Support Technician to join our dynamic team.

Minimum Requirements

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

Grade 12
Preferably CompTIA A+ & N+ - need desired qualification
Working knowledge of computer/laptop hardware and troubleshooting
Working knowledge of backup solutions
Working knowledge of VOIP telephony systems (Yealink)

Desired Work Experience:

1 year or more Support experience.
Microsoft OS Experience essential.
Office 365 experience advantageous.
AMR Metering Networking Experience advantageous.

Personal Skills and Attributes

Good communication skills in English (writing and verbal important)
Punctual
Ability to work under pressure
Motivated and Presentable.
