POSITION INFO:
Our client based in Edgemead- Cape Town is currently looking for a Junior IT Technician to join their dynamic team!

About the company:
They provide comprehensive IT and digital services, including hosting, Office 365, VOIP, networking, hardware/software sales, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and support. They also offer design, branding, web development, SEO, and Google Apps integration, with expertise across both PC and Apple platform.

Role Overview:
This full-time, on-site position involves providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues. You will play a key role in maintaining IT systems and assisting employees with a variety of IT-related challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues.
Maintain and monitor IT systems to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot network configurations and assist with systems administration.
Prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

Proficient in IT systems, with a strong ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Excellent communication skills to assist users with technical problems.
Familiarity with network configurations and systems administration.
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently.
Certification in IT-related fields is a plus.

Remuneration:
Between R8K- R16K depending on experience
