POSITION INFO:

Position: Junior Internet Software Helpdesk Support

Location: Edgemead (Office-Based)

Salary: R14,500 (Depending on experience)

Do you have a minimum of 2 years internet software support experience and is familiar with Radius Manager, Mikrotik and Ubiquiti, then my client would like to meet you.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 year in internet support role
• Familiarity with Mikrotik, Ubiquiti Software & Hardware
• Proficiency in Radius Manager Software
• Basic internet support and telephonic troubleshooting skills
• Fluency in English & Afrikaans

Additional Criteria:

• Ability to work under pressure
• 8 am to 5 pm availability (own transportation required)
• Must be available for after-hours support
