Junior Inventory Controller

As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Junior Inventory Controller to join their operations team in Boksburg.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Receive, count, and verify incoming stock against delivery notes and supplier documentation Maintain accurate inventory records on the Evolution system Capture and monitor all stock movements within the inventory system Assist with stock takes, cycle counts, and inventory audits Ensure inventory is correctly stored, labelled, and organised Liaise with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams regarding stock requirements Investigate and report stock discrepancies and variances Issue stock to relevant departments and maintain accurate records Generate inventory reports and provide stock-related information to management Minimum Requirements Minimum of 3 years' experience in an inventory control or inventory administration role within a manufacturing environment (non-negotiable) Previous experience working on the Evolution Accounting System (non-negotiable) Basic understanding of Bill of Materials (BOMs) Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail Sound understanding of stock control procedures and inventory documentation Proficient in Microsoft Excel Grade 12 (relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous) Apply now!
