Junior Kitchen Manager - Sandton

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Junior Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager position available with upmarket Restaurant in Sandton. The position is ideal for candidates with a formal qualification and 2 or more years chef / kitchen management experience in an al a carte food delivery environment. Must have good all round cooking and kitchen management skills. Main duties will include stock control, kitchen administration and staff supervision. Knowledge of food hygiene and cleanliness beneficial. Must be able to manage a kitchen brigade. Applicants must be able to work in a busy kitchen under pressure.
