As a Junior Lecturer in the BBA programme, you’ll play a key role in developing future-ready business professionals by delivering dynamic and engaging learning experiences. You will support module delivery, conduct student consultations, and contribute to curriculum enhancement and academic research. Duties:

Deliver lectures (in-person and online) on core BBA modules including HR, Marketing, and Management

Prepare lesson and pacer plans aligned with institutional standards

Mark and moderate assessments, exams, and assignments

Provide student support via consultations, academic guidance, and progress monitoring

Assist in programme and module coordination

Develop and review module guides and learning content

Participate in academic committees, training sessions, and quality assurance processes

Engage in research and contribute to publications and academic conferences

Requirements:

Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Business Administration, Management, or related field (NQF 8)
