An established marketing firm is growing its paid media division and is seeking a Junior Paid Media Specialist to join their dynamic team.

You’ll work alongside experienced Senior Specialists, managing and optimising digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup, management, and optimisation of paid media campaigns across Google and Meta platforms
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy development
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular performance reports
• Support the senior team in analysing campaign data to identify opportunities for improvement
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and account managers to deliver high-quality campaigns

• 1–2 years of experience managing or assisting with paid media campaigns (agency experience beneficial)
• Understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.)
• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification advantageous
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn and develop within the digital marketing space
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
