Our client, a well-established law firm based in Krugersdorp, is seeking a Junior Litigation Attorney to join their dynamic Litigation Department
Salary: R20 000 CTC based on experience

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements: Admitted Attorney 1-2 years' post-admission litigation experience Experience in Civil Litigation is essential Exposure to Minister of Police matters, Road Accident Fund (RAF) claims, Insolvency, and Business Rescue matters Basic exposure to Criminal Law will be advantageous Strong drafting, analytical, and advocacy skills Ability to manage matters independently while working effectively within a team Excellent communication and organisational skills Key Responsibilities: Manage civil litigation matters from inception through to finalisation Draft pleadings, notices, affidavits, and other litigation-related documents Attend court appearances, consultations, and pre-trial conferences Handle Minister of Police claims, RAF matters, insolvency and business rescue proceedings Assist with criminal law matters as required Liaise with clients, counsel, correspondents, and other stakeholders Ensure compliance with court rules and procedural deadlines Consultant: Danielle Fortuin - Dante Personnel Johannesburg Apply via our website If you do not hear from us within 5 days, please accept that your application was unsuccessful
